A new entry porch, foyer and first floor master suite with curbless shower, turned this summer house into a year round home.  The historic building was moved up the hill in Plum Beach almost a century before.  The owners loved the authentic cottage feel.  So we recreated it in the new addition, right down the heart pine floors.  This is aging in place, in style.
